2. Coaching Relationship
TechBot Careers provides professional career guidance, coaching, strategies, feedback, and recommendations.
Our services are intended to help clients make informed career decisions and strengthen their approach to career transition and job search.
Clients remain responsible for their own career decisions, applications, communications, interviews, negotiations, and employment decisions.
3. No Employment Guarantee
TechBot Careers does not guarantee employment, interviews, job offers, promotions, salary increases, career advancement, or any other specific employment outcome.
Career and hiring outcomes depend on numerous factors outside the control of TechBot Careers, including the client's experience, qualifications, effort, labor-market conditions, employer decisions, interview performance, competition, and hiring practices.
Testimonials, examples, or client experiences displayed on our website do not constitute guarantees that another client will achieve the same or similar results.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to participate actively in the coaching process and provide accurate information reasonably necessary for TechBot Careers to provide the purchased services.
Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving resumes, LinkedIn content, applications, correspondence, and other career materials before using or submitting them.
Clients are also responsible for implementing recommendations and completing agreed-upon action steps.
5. AI and Technology-Assisted Tools
TechBot Careers may use artificial intelligence, software, digital tools, or technology-assisted resources as part of certain services.
These tools are intended to supplement professional coaching and should not be considered a guarantee of accuracy or employment results.
Clients are responsible for reviewing career materials and information before submitting them to prospective employers or using them professionally.
6. Purchases and Payment
Payment for services offered for direct purchase through the TechBot Careers website is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Prices and service offerings may be changed at any time. A change in pricing will not retroactively change the amount paid for a completed purchase.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
7. Scheduling
Appointments are subject to availability.
Clients are responsible for scheduling and attending appointments associated with their purchased service.
Instructions for scheduling may be provided through TechBot Careers or a third-party scheduling platform.
Clients should arrive on time and be prepared for scheduled coaching sessions.
8. Rescheduling and Cancellations
TechBot Careers understands that scheduling changes may occasionally be necessary.
Clients may reschedule eligible appointments using the scheduling link provided or by contacting their Career Coach, subject to availability and any scheduling requirements communicated with the service.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without properly rescheduling may result in the session being considered used.

9. Refunds
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by TechBot Careers, all payments are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing a TechBot Careers service, you acknowledge and agree to the Refund & Cancellation Policy presented on our website.
10. Service Timeframes
Certain TechBot Careers programs or coaching packages may have designated service periods or deadlines for using purchased sessions.
Any timeframe associated with a specific program or package will be communicated in the applicable service description or purchase information.
Unused services or sessions may expire after the applicable service period unless otherwise agreed to in writing by TechBot Careers.
11. Intellectual Property
The TechBot Careers website and original materials provided through TechBot Careers, including coaching resources, frameworks, worksheets, guides, templates, training materials, written content, branding, graphics, and other proprietary materials, may be protected by intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise stated, materials are provided for the purchasing client's personal professional use.
Clients may not reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, license, or commercially exploit TechBot Careers proprietary materials without prior written permission.
12. Client Materials
Clients retain ownership of their personal resumes, career documents, and original materials they provide to TechBot Careers.
By providing materials to TechBot Careers, you authorize us to review, edit, analyze, or otherwise use those materials as reasonably necessary to provide the services you requested.
13. Professional Disclaimer
TechBot Careers provides career transition and coaching services.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, TechBot Careers does not provide legal, tax, financial, psychological, or other licensed professional advice.
Clients should consult an appropriately qualified professional when they require advice in those areas.
14. Website Availability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and accuracy of our website but cannot guarantee that the website or any online service will always operate without interruption, delay, or error.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features when reasonably necessary.
